Add any number of days, months or years to a date with this simple trick

Suppose we have a date in Cell C2, Lets say today’s date i.e 13th August 2017.

And the task is to get a future date after 10 years, 6 months & 8 days.

Use EDATE Function, Use Formula: =EDATE(Start_Date, months)

How to Use: =EDATE(C3,10*12+6)+8

Result: 21 February 2018 [Cell C8]
